Visiting an Art Gallery

Last week we went to Spacex in Exeter to see an exhibition by an artist called Salvatore Arancio. The exhibition had drawings, sculptures and sound too. We liked the pictures of mountains. Here’s some more information about the exhibition.

The people who work there put some art materials out so people can make some work when they visit. Lots of students and other people had made models and drawings. We decided to make some too.

First we did some drawing:

Then we made some models. The clay was really hard and we had to warm it up before we could make anything.

We love going to art galleries!
